The 2018 NYS Executive Budget passed on March 31st. Thanks to the many letters, calls and memos we were successful in defeating the Governor’s efforts to do major expansions of the MWBE program and the authority and scope of design-build statutes. For highlights of the enacted budget click here

2020 Annual Scholarship Award
Since 1992 the State Association has been awarding an annual scholarship to help advance the educational pursuits of college bound students. 2023 NYSEC Scholarship Winner
The Scholarship Committee is pleased to announce the 2023 NYSEC Scholarship is awarded to Jules Johannemann of member firm All Bright Electric, Nyack, NY.
