The construction industry is classified under Phase – One of the re-opening plan for New York State. As of May 27, 2020, each region of the State has entered phase one with the exception of New York City. Construction has been classified as PHASE ONE, allowing business to resume on a regional basis, subject to following the health and safety guidelines. There are 10 regions statewide.
