Construction to Begin Reopening by Region

Construction has been classified as PHASE ONE, allowing business to resume on a regional basis, subject to following the health and safety guidelines.  There are 10 regions statewide.  Several upstate regions have met the criteria to reopen for phase one industries upon the expiration of NY Pause effective 5/15/2020.  Several more regions are close.
